What does it mean if eating pasta after a long day gives me a serious buzz?
What kind of pasta?
Maybe low sugar? Im under the impresion that pasta gets turned into something like sugar when you eat it. Like slow burn energy.

Pasta is a social construct. There's no evidence that pasta is real. Either that or that wasn't oregano.

If you eat without some kind of protein, your glucose level goes higher than eating with protein. Or is it insulin?
