Accept that it will. Why? Because in a way it has already. Your body is already reacting to the trauma created by you obsessing over it.

Just accept that you'll die a horrible death being anally raped by dogs while watching your cat being tortured, or whatever the worst of it is. Then just be grateful for every day that doesn't happen.

Repeat.

If there's not a specific worry and just a general "something horrible is going to happen", it sounds like an anxiety attack. Focus on your breathing.

Have things being going your way lately? Lots of people react with pesimistic thoughts when that happens. Like they are just waiting for the universe to balance, or even go back to a perceived negative bias.
