Help I can't sleep at night. ive googled solutions but they dont work, i do think it might be because i have shit tones of technology in my room and it keeps me up at night untill i collapse at about 2AM. Ask more questions if you want about it

Sounds uninteresting. If I want to get sleepy I just keep screens off while the sun goes down.

If you're complaining about falling asleep at 2 am, I can't help you. Personally, I've managed insomnia for a few years now, getting close to no sleep for weeks at a time. Just down some Nyquil or some shit op. This really doesn't sound like an issue though.
First off I am gonna assume you tried programs which switch the light of said electric devices to the red end of the spectrum in the evening.
Secondly I hope you do some exercise during the afternoon, to tire off your body.
This said I would suggest you to switch off or limit the number of microwave emitting electric devices (phone, wifi).
Also, try to lay on the bed in the dark with relaxing music filling the room. A podcast may help as well. Feeling warm helps as well (cold temperatures keep you awake)
Turn it all off u stupid guy... JUST TURN OFF THE SWITCHES.
