Hey guys,
It's my first time posting here; the past few weeks I feel like i'm depressed, and everyday is getting worse. I'm here to seek help because talking to a shrink isn't option right now.
I turn 20 years old tomorrow, i feel sad to post here because life is actually treating me really well.
I'm in university and doing great, had an internship abroad, plan on doing my masters and my job perspective is looking good.
Financially i'm doing also pretty good, no debt, saved a good amount of money, everything is stable.
My health is ok, few months back i had Pfeiffer's disease but I think I recoverd from it. I go to the gym often (3 times a week minimum) and eat healthy.

To be honest I dont know. I dont have energy, I dont want to do anything, I drag myself to school, and if i dont have school I stay in bed all day.
I'm starting to lose motivation to go to the gym, i'm starving myself and watch TV series all day. At night I can't sleep and my head is always thinking, it doesn't stop!!!
I need some advice on how to cope with this, everyday is getting worse and i'm just not enjoying life anymore.

Doubting everything, eventough its good, my mind starts creating doom scenario's.
Examples are:

Uhm pretty normal, no strange (in my eyes) things happend actually.
I dont listen to the voices. Well its not voices, it are 'my toughts'.. Dont know how to describe.

After I came back abroad where my life was completly different (party a lot, girlfriend(s), high sociale activites) current situation is no partying, no girlfriend or social acitvities

Uhm im from a wealthy family, father worked abroad a lot
My mom and I care for my older brother whos disabled.
