how can I enjoy my lonely time?
I couldn't take summer classes and now I have nobody and nothing to do ( no pun intended)
I can't work either because of my visa
what are things to do in sf?
Personally I adore lonely time. I love to workout, read, camp, hike, canoe. I fucking love my hobbies and they keep me sane. You may be more of an extrovert, but I would find an activity that is solely "for you". As in it betters you and makes tou happy.

Go to concerts. It's fun, social an you'll be surrounded by people you can probably somewhat relate with.
