Thursday night I pulled an all nighter and took 120 mg of Adderall over the course of 12 hours. I fell asleep yesterday at about 5 PM, and now (almost 4 PM Saturday) I feel really light headed and tired. Is this part of the crash still or did I permanently fuck up my brain?

In all seriousness, you're probably fine, but assuming you're a healthy weight, don't go above 90 again. That's a damn fine way to have a heart attack.
