This guy and his boyfriend are prejudice against drag queens and they often harrass me at the gay bar where I play poker on Friday nights. They said this about me on yelp can I sue them for slander? I never asked to watch them pee or stuck my hands in their pants! They are trying to get me kicked out of the bar with their lies *(pic related)*.

You could, but it would pretty much not be worth it. Just talk to the owners/operators and/or bouncers about this, show them, etc.
OP is lying about this shit, there's another review on there calling him annoying. He's legitimately being a fag (among fags) and whining about being called out.
You can't.
1. There's no evidence to support their claims are false.
2. You would get laughed out of court. No judge in his right mind is going to hear a case about someone making claims (that can't be proven) in a goddamned yelp review
