As the title states, I'll be attending a local 4-year university this Autumn, and I will be majoring in Accounting. I am primarily interested in becoming a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), and one of the requirements my state has to become one is 150 hours in college.
Now, assuming I wouldn't take any summer courses and I would do 12 - 15 hours per semester, I would be looking at 5 - 6 years at my University. Now, if this were the case, should I just go for a Master's degree, and which one should I go for, between an MBA (Master of Business and Administration) and MS in Accounting -- both of which are offered by the University I will be attending.
