How do I get my girlfriend to lactate without getting her pregnant? Is it only supplements that makes it possible?
By screwing her a lot (like, 5 times a day) while she still takes anti-pregnancy pills.
Eventually the body "thinks" it's pregnant despite not being pregnant and starts to produce milk.

Only thing I can think of what caused it is I started watching pregnancy/birthing videos on YouTube because I was curious of the process.

My girlfriend and I both have lactation fetish. We successfully induced lactation in her when she was 19. She's 22 now and has been lactating this whole time. She has never had kids and is currently on birth control.
>How do induce:
- Lots of breast and nipple stimulation. I suck and kneed her breasts a lot, and she uses a breast pump daily when I can't (even before she could lactate).
- Psychology. She has to actually -want- to lactate and be in the right mindset. She has to think about it and be exposed to it. Because it is sexual for us, this part (wanting it) comes easily.
- Drugs. Domperidone is the most available and easiest method to induce. The drug blocks dopamine, which has the a side effect of increasing prolactin activity, eventually leading to lactation.
- Herbal supplements help. We found that herbs helped only AFTER she was already lactating, causing more production primarily. There are many you can look up. We found Fenugreek most effective.
- Some women report that being around pregnant women / babies / hearing crying etc can help. We haven't experimented with this because it seems weird, so I can't comment on it.
We were able to achieve minor lactation just through breastplay and the psychological aspects of it early on. When we tried adding domperidone + herbal supplements, her tits damn near exposed. She gained a full cup size and is able to produce nearly as much milk as a new mother. She has currently not been using domperidone or herbs for about 3 months now and she can still lactate, just not as much as when its supplemented. I believe that it is a permanent state of her breasts now, after years of lactation.

It's anecdotal. My reasoning is that her boobs just won't stop lactating. Even if we aren't having a lot of sex or doing much breastplay, they still lactate. Even without her using supplements. I can go up to her right now and squeeze her tits, and milk will come out, despite the fact that we haven't been trying to keep her lactating for a few months now. And this isn't the first "break" we've taken, either. Same story. They just seem to always lactate.

no supplements necessary
suck on her nips for an hour a day EACH for two weeks, 3 weeks at the most. if that don't do it, she has a health problem
warnings:
1. you gotta suck on them every day to keep it going like this. this gets to be a lot of work for you, fast
2. the grill might think its sexy at first, but soon she'll just see it as boring (when you're sucking on her) and messy (when you're not sucking on her)
3. you'll get sick of the taste, because of the sweetness. its not like cows milk, it's quite a bit sweeter
best method: ask her if you can try this for ~2 months and see how it goes for both of you. that way if either wants out, it's not such a let-down. she may lose weight because of it, which might be helpful to convince her to try it
