Hang out with good friends. Drink water. Watch a movie or listen to music.
How long to sober up i have work a few hours after?
Get food and drinks before hand. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere high. Take a couple hits and see how it effects you first. If anything bad happens it should stop in a couple hours.
Dont be in public or around strangers in case it has a bad/strong affect on you. that never goes away for some people so they just dont smoke at all

I wouldn't do it before work.
You'll be basically sober after 6 hours max, but you'll be tired as fuck.
Plus if you have something like work hanging over your head, you might get mega paranoid.
Save it for after work. Smoke when you get back, eat snacks, watch videos, veg out till you pass out.
