It's fleshy not a scab
It started small, just like a tiny rough speck of skin, got bigger as I kept ripping it off and it growing back more
Well there are certain things it might be that require you to go to a doctor so that's my advice.

Yeah, that sounds like it could be melanoma. They grow and change color and shit over time and they're asymmetrical with border irregularities which yours seems to kind of qualify for. Go see a doctor.
