i started loving myself when i started improving what i felt needed improving and did things that made me happy on my own. everyone has room for improvement, no one is perfect. i started doing my makeup the way i felt suited me best, i do my hair and dress the way i feel most confident in. i don't do things that don't make me feel at my best. i don't go clubbing or drinking because i don't like it. i can go for a coffee with friends and then stay home for the rest of the night and watch films until 5am because that's what makes me happy and i love myself for it. i eat what i think will keep me in a healthy weight range, and i love myself because i am happy with the body i have. i try not to dwell on what i hate about myself - mostly exterior appearance things - and try to focus on what i think is absolutely attractive about me. once you are satisfied with what makes you, you - and you don't need anyone else to fill a metaphorical "hole" in you - that is when you love yourself.
