Hey guys/girls, basically I had two of these spots appear two months ago, thought it was ingrown hair, eventually it turned into three spots and then went back down to one, it's pretty much right in between my shaft and sack. It doesn't hurt or itch or anything, it's just there and obviously making me paranoid

Wash area with alcohol, dab any spots with antibiotic ointment, and observe for a few days. If you think that there is moisture or chaffing/rubbing involved, try talc powder. Yes, consider dermatologist if still no improvement afterwards. GL!
