if somebody wanted to build a bomb, what would be the best place to seek information? do people honestly just google that, as if it falls under freedom of speach or something? this is for a story im writing
Yes you can actually just google it. Everything is on the internet. Information on making a bomb? It would take you ten seconds to find how NUCLEAR bombs are made. You can find the plans for a device that can destroy the world. Of course there's information on how to make a pipe bomb or whatever you fancy. Actually, search history is always monitored, he's not on a watch list, but if for whatever reason he ends up in one this will help them get to him and put even more charges against him, if not downright get a guilty verdict out of this.
