Is the dentist dude in the building?

Hi

I'm having mouth trouble.

I've had a filling a while ago on "right permanent mandibular canine 27" . The upper teeth do not bite down together very well on it.

Also the gum around the tooth is very inflamed, maybe ulcerated or worse. On flossing it can present a white nodule, as if blood isn't feeding the gum (but I'm not sure).

I'm flossing twice a day, using anti-septic mouth wash twice a day and keeping them meticulously clean.

A big lump has suddenly appeared beneath the gum over about 4 weeks. My mouth is going crazy.

I am seeing another dentist to try and clean this up but I've come to worry here too.

Will my jaw need removing?
