Let me explain both

SSRIs
>took for anxiety
>didn't even notice libido dwindling till I tried jacking off and it was hard to get turned on
>went back to normal when I got off them

Eating under maintenance
>I lift so after bulking I cut down to look gud
>after some time my libido becomes less and less

But it's very frustrating because I feel like my libido isn't disappearing, it's just hard to get turned on/orgasm even though you WANT to and try to. It's like wanting to be turned on but it being very much of an anti-climax.

i.e. you won't like it, because you know what it's like to have a normal libido
