I wanna start lucid dreaming but i never remember my dreams (saying remember cuz i dont want the well actually u dream yadda yadda) so it feels like i never dreamed so i cant write them down. Anyone know a way to dream more often so i can remember and write them down? no vitamins or supplements

You dream at least half the night. Like all the sources say, you have to keep practicing and journaling the ones you do remember, and going through the journal frequently.
You should quickly start to remember your current/last dream of the night: keep the journal and a pen next to your bed and immediately start writing it down when you wake up.
You can artificially wake yourself up during the night to get more opportunities to do this, but it'll disturb and worsen your sleep so don't do it too much.
Remember that this is not a simple or easy hobby, and if you want to really get into it you'll have to put in major effort for months and years.
I used to keep up a general on /x/ for this but as /x/ got worse over the years the interest died down, the entire board is just a schizophrenia-spectrum circlejerk nowadays. Even the creepypasta threads are gone.
