I've gotten pretty close to a guy I work with but I'm not really sure how he feels. We hang out and cuddle and he seems really into it and the conversation is great but when we text he's pretty quiet. I'm afraid of coming on too strong and annoying him. Wat do? Should I proceed based on what he's like IRL or in texts?
