Are girly girls favored more than regular girls? I'm not talking about tomboys, but just girls who aren't overly girly, as in they'll still wear dresses every once in a while but also like jeans and t-shirts.
Also, are girls who wear makeup automatically better than girls who wear little to none?
Well, it really depends on what you want. Girly girls are okay but they generally don't fuck as well. My girlfriend is for sure crazy and sassy and she fucks like a maniac. I had a friendly one and it was OK. Tomboy one fucked pretty good. But crazy and sassy fuck best.
Girly girls are more favored because they are considered more flirty and make it easier for guys to talk to. Also they exude more sexuality by being.. girly.
Girls who wear makeup are not automatically better, but guys get fooled by makeup so not using it really disadvantages your looks.

Personally I'm iffy about make up, as some girls look so ugly without it, and some girls look so ugly with it. I'd rather girls not wear any make up, I feel like girls who do are dishonest and insecure, which are two qualities I dislike.
Can't say for other parts of the world, but I think North America has advanced far enough that a girl can still be feminine without wearing dresses or things with frills on them.
