I found out im 4 weeks pregnant (they start counting the day of your last period). I missed my shot by a few weeks on accident because my provider moved buildings and didnt give me my 6 month reminder call on time.
My boyfriend of two years is Bosnian muslim, has a few other kids not with me.
Im 24, hes 20( typo hes 21 ) I really don't think I should tell him, but my girlfriends do. I have a shit ton of health problems (debilitating often) and shouldnt breed, so i kind of feel like telling him is either hurtful or just going to end on me feeling guilty enough to bring a sick child into the world whose father won't love them, they says he deserves to know.

I think he probably has a right to know, OP. Even if he wants to keep it you can still abort it because it's your body after all. But I think it's a bit shit if you abort and not at least tell the father about it, because it's his as well.
I was in a similar situation where I was pregnant last year with my ex boyfriend, we both were not ready whatsoever but he wanted to keep it because he was getting older and his mother was pressuring him for a grandchild. Despite him whining that "it's my kid too!!" I told him it was my body and I wasn't ready so I was going to abort. I just told him out of courtesy.
