I usually fap once a day, but whenever I am tired or bored, even the rubbing of my underwear on my dick can get me a full boner, which usually inflates down my pant leg and would be very noticeable if I was not in a desk.

Study philosophy and reflect on everything that's fucked up about yourself and people. Study them and give yourself a disgusting image associated with sex.
You guys might need to get your hormone levels checked. Although i think it's normal to some extend to be easily aroused and constantly horny at that age.
