So a guy backed into my motorcycle at work and I have no idea if anything is wrong with it besides some scratches on the body. The guy gave me his insurance. What can I do? What should I do?

I can tell the obvious damages but what if my frame is bent? I don't know how to tell and that could end up making me go through tires like crazy.

Have it checked out by a mechanic. If there is any mechanical damage, have him provide an estimate. Ditto for repainting scratches.
Bring it all to your insurance agent, who will file a claim with his insurance company and handle everything for you.
Check if anything is wrong. If not, ask him for cash so he can avoid insurance. Be nice.

The problem is there might be damages I can't see like a slight bent frame of Mabel's it knocked the wheels out of alignment. Mechanical damage. Things like that.

Also will I have to pay the mechanic to look at it and give a quote out of my own pocket? They charge a lot of money.
