Bar soap OR body wash/luffa?Why?

I find that most bar soaps leave a sort of film over everything, from my skin to the shower itself (where soapy water splashes onto the walls and then dries out). I'm not a fan of that. The expensive hand made soaps tend not to do that but I can't justify spending that much. Body wash for me.

I use a bar of soap and a loofa.

The bar of soap feels great, lasts a long time, and give a good lather.

The loofa is a master exfoliator.

I wash with a luffa once a week. Bar soap or gel body wash depending on my mood.
