After a long 2.5 months of no response or contact from my ex (we had a shitty break up and i was like "pls respond x30" and he never replied, but it was for the best as i've grown over this time and etc) well I noticed him looking at my snap stories and saw him the other day while I was on a date... so I messaged him and he replied. The conversation has been simple, I said hi he said whatsup I asked how he's been he said ok how about you and that he's trying to get into grad school.
Should I go ahead and ask him now if he wants to hang out sometime and catch up, or give it a few days?
You are infatuated with the idea of him, especially since you think you can't have him. If you really showed you cared and they said no, you either did something unforgivable or you shouldn't be dating someone who cares that little about you

we used to date and we were into each other. Then we fought a lot toward the end because we weren't in a good place, er I wasn't.
I haven't asked him out anywhere yet after texting him right now, but I was thinking if i should wait or maybe he's responding because he misses me and I should just say "lets meet up"? or maybe he's over it and is comfortable replying because he thinks we're both over it and it's been long enough ;_;
