I don't understand the problem, since your search turned up some colleges. You're actually getting an education and thinking about your future. How are you fucked?

I plan to get a bachelor's in IT but I also want a school with a decent number of practice rooms for my music performance minor.

Actually even if you don't go to college you're fucked, but spending 50k on something that's probably not going to change things isn't going to help.
