I have 3 balls in my scrotum.
They have been there for as long as I can remember.
Two of them are regular-sized and the third is half-sized.

Is it cancer??

I have a spermatozoic cyst which I thought was cancer, it feels like a smaller little ball in there.

Now, in my case that's benign, but it is VERY possible that in your case it's a tumor. You need to see a urologist asap.
