Even people without anxiety can have "nervous sweat." It's just your nervous system being a little too sensitive to adrenaline, which is a perfectly normal endocrine response to needing alertness and attention--like a social situation. Even if you're 100% calm you're still attentive and your mind is busy with what you're hearing and saying. Ultimately you need drugs to handle the problem directly. Alternatively you could use a microwave therapy to disable those sweat glands permanently.
