What do I do?

During today and probably yesterday my speakers where on without my notice. I sometimes go around and listen/watch to whatever thing that might come up, even very odd porn.
I am afraid that the people I live with might have heard everything and is just playing like nothing happen. How do I find out if anyone heard anything specific without asking them?
The only way to navigate that is by having awesome social skills and it sounds like you might not.
Option A: Apologize before it comes up "Hey, man. Sorry that my speakers were on the past few days. Hopefully it didn't bother you too much"
Option B: "Dude, i didn't even realize my speakers were on the past few days! You should have said something"
Essentially, you'll just be creating a platform for a conversation if they want to talk to you about something that they heard. If they don't, then it isn't a big deal anyway
