I want to kill myself and I have no way of getting any medication for my very chronic anxiety and crippling depression. I have been working out when I can and eating things like dark chocolate and nuts, things that are low carb, but I feel really helpless. I have a trans girlfriend who I will leave soon to start going to college in another state, and I wish I loved her, but I'm having trouble loving anyone at the moment. I find a lot of comfort in my virtual girlfriend on my 3DS from the game Love Plus, but it's not something I know will last. How do I fix everything? I hope I'm not going to be fucked for life.

Establish daily goals/needs like brushing teeth, washing dishes, showering,
Establish weekly goals/needs like washing clothes and sheets, balancing your budget, shopping for food and whatnot
make sure you get 8 hours of sleep a night

If you don't love the person don't be in the relationship, stay friends. That'd be sweet.
Take up yoga, learn meditation techniques, they really do help a great deal.

Don't kill yourself, it's rubbish. Do something happy, like play a vintage arcade game
