No, don't be worried. Loads of people have cmv without even realizing it.
Blood donations are screened for cmv because some groups of patients paediatric patients, the immune compromised, etc.) require confirmed cmv negative products. But cmv positive blood is not hazardous for other groups of patients.
Don't stress. You'll be fine.

Thank God. I was getting worried but now that I'm reading more about it, it says it's very common and doesn't do anything besides fucking the baby up during pregnancy if the mother has it. I don't have any birth defects, so I guess I got this after birth.
