so I worked a 10 hour shift yesterday (11am - 9pm) and was out all night. had a few beers at the local bar and ended up doing a bag of some white girl one gram approximately. Haven't slept at all since and now I have another 11 - 9 in a few hours due to my coworker calling out. I'm exhausted and still wide awake. what can I do to help me from not passing the fuck out and feeling like shit which I already have started.
