Honestly I'm 29 and I'm still trying to figure this out. The best I've come up with is to literally work yourself until you stop thinking about it. I try every day to collapse into my bed in exhaustion.
This has made me good at everything in my house. I cook. I clean. I gym. I do laundry, wooo so adult. When I want sex, I Tinder. My life feels like I'm a robot on repeat. I don't even know what to do with my friends anymore because they're married.
So I guess my advice to you is the same advice I try to live myself - work a lot and try to keep good friends when you find them.
