How do I swallow pills? I have medication to help my anxiety

How do I swallow pills? I have medication to help my anxiety but my anxiety makes me scared I'll choke.

Maybe try putting it in a spoonful of honey. I had trouble swallowing pills as a kid, and that always made it so I didn't even feel it.
