What kind of psychiatric disorder do you think I have?
I have no idea what my abilities and weaknesses are, what I'm capable and not capable of. I have no idea what my real passions and hobbies truly are, and which ones I'm capable of pursuing at all.
I have no idea who I am, and what makes me who I am.
What is this psychological state even called? It's causing me to suffer a lot.

Nothing, it's called being a recluse. Go out and start trying new shit and find supportive people in your life who can help you discover who you really are. I used to have the same problem a few years ago, and have made so much progress regarding it.
