HEy there is is a guy in my work that is acting like he is a boss. The problem is he isnt, he is the same worker as me but he is telling stuff like "nobody is working here", "there are only lazy people (while he dont do a thing all day)", "Ther are not enough good people" etc. He is even comparing the performance of people in workplace and making a theatre about it. Also when he come to work he is telling stuff like "previous shift dont do anything lazy fucks" (so he is basically complaining that when he comes to work he have to work, logic=0)
What to do with this kind of man? Almost every single worker there hates him...
Just as him "are you the boss?"
If he says no say "then don't act like one". If he's smart enough, he'll shut up.
As a boss I'd be thinking that workers who are only motivated when the 'boss' is there bringing up easily spotted workplace issues which ultimately screw everyone have a poor working attitude.

op here... also when there is our actual boss he is quiet and would probably suck his dick if he told him to do it. But when he is gone that worker is like CEO.
