I need your help on this one.
So my girlfriend just told me she has a womb inflammation (not exactly sure what kind of).
And as far as I know that is considered a STD.
She said she is a virgin and hasn't done anything that would lead to getting a STD and I truly believed that.
I'm not sure whether she's a slut or just somehow managed to catch that.

Is it possible to get a womb inflammation from something else besides sex?
Perhaps infection? She could have fingered herself without washing her hands properly or something like that and messed shit up
