I'm currently a comp engineer major and I realized that I don't really like it.
As of now I'm halfway through my freshman year of college.

I still want to do engineering but I don't know what branch to pick.
I want to work in the med field, or anything related to it.

I'm deciding between Biomed eng, chem eng, and mech eng.

If I go down the biomed and chem route, I'll have to make up classes during the summer but I want to have a free summer.

But if I go down the mech eng, I won't be that behind, and can make up the following classes next quarter.

I'm leaning towards biomed eng but I heard its not that good.

So what should I pick?
Chem eng? Biomed eng? or Mech eng?
>>
Why don't people go and talk to course advisers at their school who can give them tailored advice?
>>
I would personally go mech eng and get a masters in the biomed eng area later, but I am biased towards the three big engineerings (mech/chem/electrical) because of their versality and applications throughout the world.

They're not very helpful.
