I'm editing a video for a company (pic related), and they wanted footage of the young boy in the video, who is African american, when he was younger. That footage is either lost or N/A. My boss says to take footage of another black child around the age that is mentioned and use that in place of the first boy. I'm not very sure that is right to do, and though I am black, I think it's just kinda messed up.
I don't support Kim Davis. but should I #Domyjob or put my foot down?
Just do it. In life we have to do a lot of things that we may not feel good about but that's life.
Plus if you don't, it gives your boss more reason to let you go.
