Is it a common practice for pedophiles to lure children with puppies? Not the promise of a puppy or a person holding a puppy but a trained puppy that will do thinks like run in circles in a parking lot and once someone gets close run into a nearby secluded location (like an ally)? Has anyone on this site heard of something like that happening? Sorry if this seems out of the blue I was walking with my little sister a while ago and saw something of the sort happen, it's just strange to see stray puppies.
