I was involved in a single car accident last night in California as a passenger. Everyone in the car including the driver was under the influence of marijuana but no sobriety test was performed therefore nobody was arrested, but the car was towed with weed and alcohol in the trunk. (We are all under the age of 21) what are the steps to getting the illegal stuff out of the car before the tow company can search it and report it to the bops.

and furthermore, even if the tow company did search your car and report to police, they wouldnt charge anyone with anything, because they can't prove that its you or your friends weed and booze, and the legality of the search is highly contestable at best. charges would get dropped.
