Hi /adv/, I stopped drinking about 5 weeks ago while I went on a diet. The thing is, I'm an alcoholic. It hasn't been too bad, but for the past couple of days, and especially today, I'm really craving alcohol because I'm SO fucking bored. videogames and TV aren't cutting it, I've already worked out for the day, no one's around to do anything.

What do I do to cut the desire to walk downstairs and open a bottle of wine, or head to the store and buy a case of beer? This isn't as much of a problem during the work week, but weekends are really getting to me.

I get to start drinking again in about a month and I really want to work on my relationship with alcohol too... it can't be something I drink just because I'm bored.
