how to approach a qt in a large lecture?

I'm in a 300 person philosophy lecture and there's this girl I think is cute, not really sure how to approach her though without context

I'm not from the states, it's an entry level philosophy class and there's 3 discussions a week with a TA in classes of 10, I'm just taking this for fun
