i have anxiety depression and daily suicidal thoughts. I m seen a psychologist but he doesnt seem to help. I literally just go there and breathe. He just wants me to breathe for like the whole time in a certain way. BUt that doesnt help. Wtf when someone has suicidal why you telli him to seek for professional help? They dont help at all. Like what do you expect them to say to you? "Hey buddy stop being suicidal" well the problem still exists. How does a psychologist helps? Like thanks for taking notes doctr
I feel you. My mom is a therapist, mostly for people with eating disorders. She eats (good tasting) food with them all the time, in sessions. Eating disorder is usually result of childhood shittiness, so they talk about those things and try to build mental structure to them as I understand. She works with dietician as well. I think she really does help people.
Life is extraordinarily difficult... I'm really depressed today too. Going to take a swing at it though, somehow. Maybe write another letter to anon, go sit in the trees, earn $10, listen to music, I'll find out.
