Im probably going to be getting two D's on 4 credit courses this semester. This is my first year in uni, and I want to graduate with a 3.0. Should I power through or just say fuck it and drop the courses?

Power through. It's like March, so probably past the drop date. Anyway to make it up? You can just put in a lot of effort to make it up. Showing improvement will show the professors you are trying hard and they might bump your grade up a bit.
