I've been on two dates now where the woman is really friendly, quick to compliment, constantly invading my personal space and touching me, but after it ends she goes cold and I never hear from her again. Can someone help me understand this?

If she's giving you a signal that she's sexually interested in you, you better make a move.
If not, she feels shitty, which relates feeling shitty to being around you, so she doesn't contact you again.
Maybe you told her you hate trick ho's. Saw she was busted and she left? Seriously the problem is probably that you're not reciprocating well.
She had fun hanging out with you, but there's probably something that's holding her back. Is there anything that you can think of about yourself that would make her think you're not relationship material?

if a date like that does not end with "so you want to go in and have some coffee or something?" (or some other line implying sex) then you are sending the signal that you were not that interested. Women assume men want sex, and if they like they try and send signals that they would like to have sex. If the signals fail, then often they will feel rejected and assume the guy does not like them.
