What are some over the counter things I could buy or combine to kill anxiety for a few hours?

I need to not have severe anxiety for a day. I know I can order things online (I was advised phenibut) but I can't order anything.

I've tried stuff like Valerian, St johns wort, 5htp, but they're so mild they dont help with my huge problem.

Preferably not alcohol, I need to be able to recall things well.

I live in the UK if that helps.
