Um, how can I give stop giving a fuck about people?
Well, there's this girl that I met at the cafeteria, the "lonesome guy" had a certain charm I guess so we started talking and became great friends eventually.
Long story short, I tried taking things to the next level and kissed her, it felt good, but this is horrible because feelings grew on me and basically, she gives a damn about me, I saw her yesterday, I tried talking to her asking what happened to our friendship and so on, I never felt so humiliated because I was begging her, ugh, I never felt this before so I'm not sure what to do, I'd really like to stop caring about this whole thing, honestly.

It takes time, look for new outlets to put your mind to less focus on the person your trying forget/not care about. There's no really quick, but some people are faster than others. But in this case learn from this experience, it's literally nothing, you've just blew it up. It sucked but why are you avoiding it, just next time stop being a pussy.
