I think just a "Thank you,I had a really good time today" just fine. Do not say it in a too "formal" way. Do not send that like cause it does really sounds clingy. You should text her around a day after that date,but don't text her like two or three days later,if you text her few days later you better making another date than just a "thank you". Good luck.
