How do i know if im an unattractive male or just socially retarded?
I've had difficulties getting dates as long as i can remember, but people rarely tell the truth, they're just like "oh, you're fine" or whatever.

You know your ugly by looking in the mirror completely naked and analysing your behaviour. For example if you grim, selfish, etc. people will view you as ugly. In terms of your body it's about whether or not you are appear youthful and wellstructured.
Determining if you socially awkward is simple. If you can hold a conversation for at least 10 minutes with someone then your normal.
