It's been three weeks and he ex is now with another chick and she is still hung over him.
Is now a good time to swooce in? I figure maybe because her ex has a new gf and she wants someone with her? Idk.
I think it's best to be careful with this. The timing is important.

She told me herself that she thinks he rebounded too fast, so in my opinion that is a hint to wait, but I also don't want her to move on past me to the first person who asks for her number.
I think she dropped hints of liking me in the past, but I am not sure if she was just being nice.
Gonna get autistic here for a sec:
Most recent "hint" is that she needed to be wearing black for something last week and forgot her jacket and asked me to borrow mine. I was like "hey that's a sweet jacket where'd you get it" and she replied "a really nice guy gave it to me" sweetly as she smiled at me. WHAT DOES SHE MEAN BY THIS? Is she being nice or was there something more to that?

How do I guage if she is actually interested in me? She doesn't seem to mind conversating with me alone, but when she's with friends it seems I can't include myself without barging in on the conversation. On a scale of 1-10 with 1 being unknown and 10 to best friends I'd say we are a 3.5 solely that we don't see each other alone often and I don't have her number yet.

Best timing is before the break up, make her feel like she should break up with her bf (done that and they pretty much love you after, because they forget what its like to be in a honeymoon phase and you remind them)
